Terms & Conditions

  1. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  2. Membership is free.
  3. Must be of legal age to participate and valid government-issued photo identification for proof of age required to obtain a Player Rewards card.
  4. The benefits of the Player Rewards loyalty scheme are intended for the use of the individual(s) listed on the account.
  5. Player Rewards cards may be used to track play and accumulate Reward Points by the account-member(s) only. It is against club policy for a member to accrue points by distributing his / her card to other players.
  6. LCI / HET is not responsible for lost or stolen cards, including any resulting misuse.
  7. Reward Points can be earned and redeemed at any participating LCI property, subject only to any membership requirements.
  8. Reward Points are earned for all tracked slot and electronic roulette play. Where applicable, points may be earned for all tracked table play.
  9. It is the responsibility of the player to ensure his/her Player Rewards card is inserted properly in the machine when playing slots or electronic roulette. Where applicable, it is the responsibility of the player to ensure that a supervisor is aware of play when playing tables or any other games.
  10. All Reward Point earnings are subject to review and verification.
  11. Where table tracking is applicable, LCI / HET uses reasonable efforts to track a participant's play; however, as a condition of receiving Reward Points for table games play, or other non-electronic games, participants agree that such Reward Points are granted based on the personal observation of LCI / HET employees, which is subject to error. The determination of LCI / HET shall be final with respect to any discrepancies.
  12. Management reserves the right to adjust account status due to computer error, machine malfunction, operator error, fraud or other misuse of the Player Rewards card.
  13. Reward Points are redeemable for food and beverage at participating LCI bars and restaurants, as well as items from the Player Rewards desk/ rewards menu. Reward Points have no cash value. They may be rounded up to the nearest £1 (500 points) when being redeemed for food, beverage or other retail items on property.
  14. All redemptions are final unless otherwise allowed at the sole discretion of LCI / HET.
  15. In the event of death, this will result in the cancellation of the Player Rewards membership and forfeiture of the available points balance.
  16. Reward Points are valid as long as at least one (1) Reward Point is earned every six (6) months. If no Reward Points are earned within a six-month period, the entire Reward Point account balance will expire.
  17. Players must show valid photo identification in order to redeem Reward Points.
  18. Player Rewards cards are non-transferable, the property of London Clubs International (LCI), a wholly owned subsidiary of Harrah's Operating Company, Inc. (HET), and must be returned upon request of LCI / HET. Reward Point earnings are non-transferable including death and divorce.
  19. LCI / HET may engage in strategic relationships and/or promotions, which may result in the earning of Bonus Reward Points that are deposited into a player's account.
  20. All decisions regarding the interpretation of rules, eligibility, etc. for this scheme lie solely with LCI / HET whose decisions are final.
  21. LCI / HET reserves the right to modify or cancel this loyalty scheme at any time, for any reason, provided that such modification shall not, as of the date of such modification, materially alter or change any participant's reward(s) already earned or redeemed. Notice will be given in advance of such changes.
  22. LCI / HET reserves the right to revoke or deny application for membership if the individual has not complied with the loyalty scheme in any manner inclusive of the Terms & Conditions and misuse of the Player Rewards card. Any fraudulent usage of the card may result in the immediate loss of Player Rewards club membership and all privileges will be revoked.
  23. Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities, including through a government program, by their own request, or those excluded at the sole discretion of LCI / HET, are not eligible.
  24. By participating in this loyalty scheme, participants agree to the rules and regulations.
  25. In the event of outstanding monies owed to any LCI casino, the Player Rewards benefits may be suspended pending payment of the outstanding debt.
  26. The LCI / HET Player Rewards loyalty scheme in the UK is separate from any scheme at any of LCI's international properties as well as HET's Total Rewards loyalty program.
