  1. Membership

    • Q.Do I have to apply for casino membership?

      A.No, entry to the casino is free. However, to join the Player Rewards programme, which rewards you for your play, you need to complete a registration form either in the casino or online prior to your visit. Joining Player Rewards is also free.

    • Q.Do I need ID?

      A.You do not require ID for entry but you will need it to join the Player Rewards programme. As soon as you have your Player Rewards card, that is the only ID you need.

      You can speed up the Player Rewards registration by completing it online.

    • Q.How old do I have to be to enter the casino?

      A.You must be 18 years of age or over to enter the casino and restaurant. This applies to all the casino's facilities, including the restaurant. You will be challenged if you are lucky enough to look under 21!

    • Q.Is there a cost associated with joining Player Rewards?

      A.No, signing up to Player Rewards is free and registration is quick and easy.

    • Q.Does my Player Rewards card entitle me to visit any other LCI casinos?

      A.Yes, you can use your Player Rewards card at all LCI casinos nationwide so you don't have to stop earning points when you play.

    • Q.I have not visited the casino in some time. Is my Player Rewards card still valid?

      A.Your Player Rewards card will remain valid regardless. However, if you have not visited a LCI casino in the last six months your points balance will have expired. To keep your points balance make sure you use your Player Rewards card at least once every six months.

    • Q.I have lost my Player Rewards card. Can I still enter the casino?

      A.Yes, you can still enter the casino but stop at Reception or the Player Rewards desk to pick up a replacement card.

    • Q.What does Player Rewards entitle me to?

      A.Simply, the Player Rewards programme rewards you for your play. Reward points are accumulated when you play slots, electronic and table games and these can be used for food, drinks and gifts within the casino. Look at the Rewards Menu at Reception or the Player Rewards Desk within each casino to see what is on offer. For more information visit the Player Rewards website.

  2. Gaming

    • Q.What gaming facilities do you have?

      A.1. Lower gaming floor
      Slots and 22 fully automated roulette terminals (possibly internet terminals linked to an internet sports book)

      2. The main gaming floor
      17 gaming tables with 10 roulettes, 4 blackjacks, 2 three card poker and 1 mini punto banco. There are also 20 roulette machines which are linked to a choice of three live tables.

      There is a private Poker Room – FACE2FACE found on the Mezzanine floor of Alea Leeds

  3. Opening Hours

    • Q.What time does the casino open?

      A.The casino, bars and restaurants are open 7 days a week. The Lower Gaming floor opens from 2pm whilst the upper gaming floor opens from 6pm. The whole venue shuts at 6am.

      Casino and Gaming:
      2pm until 6am (7 days a week)

      Bird Restaurant:
      Tuesday & Wednesday 6pm to 12am
      Thursday, Friday and Saturday 6pm to 1am
      Closed Sunday and Monday

      Fig Restaurant:
      Monday & Friday 6pm to 11.30pm
      Saturday 12pm to 4pm
      Closed Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

      Bar food:
      Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday in Fig until 5am
      Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in Bird until 5am

  4. Dress Code

    • Q.Can I wear nice jeans and trainers to the casino?

      A.Yes, suitable clean and tidy clothing is acceptable, no football colours.

  5. Car Parking And Access

    • Q.Do you have car parking facilities?

      A.Yes, there is a safe, well-lit car park adjacent to the casino with complimentary parking for members after 6pm.

    • Q.Do you have wheelchair access to the casino?

      A.Yes, all our casinos have wheelchair access. We also have disabled parking and disabled toilets.
