Membership
Do I have to apply for casino membership?
No, The Casino operates an open door, No Membership required entrance policy! However photographic ID is required to join our Player Rewards programme, which Rewards you when you use the Casino facilities.

You do not require ID to visit the Casino, but photographic ID is required to join the Player Rewards Programme or for Proof of Age.
back to topHow old do I have to be to enter the casino?
You must be 18 years of age or over to Enter the Casino, this applies to all of the Casino's facilities including the Restaurant. We do operate under the Challenge 21 scheme, so if you are lucky enough to look under 21 please carry ID to avoid unnecessary embarrassment.

No, signing up to Player Rewards is free and registration is quick and easy.
back to topDoes my Player Rewards card entitle me to visit any other LCI casinos?
Yes, you can use your Player Rewards card at all LCI casinos nationwide so you don't have to stop earning points when you play.
back to topI have not visited the casino in some time. Is my Player Rewards card still valid?
Your Player Rewards card will remain valid regardless. However, if you have not visited a LCI casino in the last six months your points balance will have expired. To keep your points balance make sure you use your Player Rewards card at least once every six months.

Yes, you can still enter the casino but stop at Reception or the Player Rewards desk to pick up a replacement card.
back to topWhat does Player Rewards entitle me to?
Simply, the Player Rewards programme rewards you for your play. Reward points are accumulated when you play slots, electronic and table games and these can be used for food, drinks and gifts within the casino. Look at the Rewards Menu at Reception or the Player Rewards Desk within each casino to see what is on offer.

What gaming facilities do you have?
The main gaming floor has 20 gaming tables, which include Black Jack, Three Card Poker, Punto Banco and American Roulette. We have a fantastic Restaurant offering various menus, three bars fully stocked with wines, beers and spirits plus an extensive cocktail menu. We have the latest audio visual sound system and for the sporting fans we have our massive TV screens showing all the major sporting events. As a live Entertainment venue we have a live DJ every Friday and Saturday and various live acts throughout the month.

Red Leaf Restaurant:
Dinner 5.30pm until 12am
Long Bar is open 7 days a week:
Sunday - Tuesday: 6pm – 6am
Wednesday - Saturday: 6pm – 6am
Isobar:
The Isobar serves breakfast from 6am - 12noon and is open throughout the day and night, (licensed from 12noon - 6am) -
Dress code
Can I wear nice jeans and trainers to the casino?
Yes, neat and tidy trainers and jeans are permitted at all of our casinos except Rendezvous Mayfair, where smart dress is required.

Do you have wheelchair access to the casino?
Yes, all our casinos have wheelchair access. We also have disabled parking and disabled toilets.
